Refund policy

The report (PDF)

The report is a digital file delivered by download link or email. Because the buyer receives the full file immediately, all sales are final once the download link has been sent — this is what makes a $499 one-time price possible instead of a subscription.

We still refund in full, without argument, when the problem is on our side:

• you paid but the file was not delivered within one business day and we could not deliver it;
• you were charged twice, or the charge was not authorised;
• the file is corrupt or cannot be opened, and we cannot fix it within two business days;
• the delivered report is materially different from the public sample, table of contents or description on /report.

A change of mind after delivery is not a refund reason, and neither is a mismatch with expectations when the free sample and the public dataset already show the method and the numbers. Use the 3-page sample and the open leaderboards to evaluate before buying.

EU/UK buyers: by completing the purchase you request immediate delivery of the digital file and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once delivery has started. Creem, as merchant of record, collects that consent at checkout.

Enterprise briefing

Refundable in full up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. After the session, the briefing fee is non-refundable, but we will answer follow-up questions by email for 14 days.

Sponsorship placement

• An unstarted month is refundable in full.
• Once a placement month has started, it is not refundable, but if we failed to deliver the slot we will extend it or refund the unused part.
• Cancellation requires 30 days' notice; the slot runs to the end of the paid month.

B2B analytics

Refund and termination terms are set in the signed scope document. Unless the contract says otherwise, an unused quarter is refundable pro rata after 30 days' notice.

How to request a refund

If your case is covered above, email [email protected] with:

• the email used at checkout, or the invoice / order reference;
• which product the request is for.

We confirm within two business days and process the refund within five business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; card and local payment timings depend on the provider.

Before a chargeback

Please email us first. A chargeback costs more than a refund on both sides, and we resolve refund requests quickly.
